  简约设计不是风格上的简单而是简洁，它在于设计风格的简洁大气，追求的是极致的简洁，力求整体设计做到加一点嫌多，减一点嫌少。

简约设计浑然天成，天人合一，天圆地方，移步即景自成空间。让设计融入环境相互衬托相映成趣。设计来源于生活高于生活，服务于人。

地下室借用天光给人以温馨透亮，绿植赋予大自然之气息，镜子运用让空间层次感更加丰满，视觉更加开敞。线条简洁，局部多采用圆弧过渡，功能上减少磕碰，视觉更加柔和自然。

整体设计追求简洁大气，时尚但不繁琐，简洁但有质感与精致。追求自天光的融入与贯彻，让整体空间敞亮通透过渡自然，人处其中有融入感舒适温馨放松惬意。

Design Description of Jinqiutaihe Jun

Minimalist design is not about simplicity in style, but rather simplicity itself. It embodies an uncluttered and sophisticated aesthetic, striving for an ultimate level of simplicity where the addition of even the slightest element feels excessive, and the removal of any seems lacking.

Minimalist design blends seamlessly into its surroundings, harmonizing nature and human creativity. With a sense of 'tian ren he yi' (heaven and humanity in harmony), it captures the essence of balance, creating spaces where every step reveals a new vista. Design is rooted in life, yet it transcends it, ultimately serving and enhancing the human experience.

In the basement, the use of natural light creates a warm and luminous ambiance, while green plants imbue the space with the freshness of nature. Mirrors add depth and expanse to the visuals, making the space feel even more expansive. Lines are kept clean and concise, with rounded transitions in certain areas, reducing the risk of accidental collisions and contributing to a softer, more natural visual experience.

The overall design aims for simplicity and grandeur, being fashionable without being intricate, and meticulous in its execution while retaining a sense of ease. The incorporation and permeation of natural light is paramount, ensuring that the entire space is bright, open, and flows seamlessly. Those who inhabit these spaces will find themselves immersed in a sense of comfort, warmth, relaxation, and pure contentment.

麒麟山庄茶楼

茶文化历史源远流长，茶道艺术也成为一个独立的艺术体系，丰富着我们的生活和精神世界。

让茶室空间能够传达自然之意，要从设计思路上将室内空间延伸到室外，“一花一世界，一木一浮生”，通过精心的布置和设计，让人们在茶室中身临其境，继而触景生情，达到情景交融，物我两忘的意境。真实、空灵的环境能够带给人们一种仿佛置身于世外桃源般的感受，文化内涵带给人们的则更多的是文化认同和情感上的满足。

人们在这里回归真我，享受空寂之美，感受空灵之境。人与自然相互融合，实现天人合一的境界，摆脱一切外在的世外尘俗，追求一种清静无为，宁静致远的境界，所谓“识自本心，见自本性”。一沙一石一禅境，利用简单朴素的材料加以巧妙的布局，即可营造出简洁而富有意境的空间。

The history of tea culture stretches far and wide, with the art of tea ceremony evolving into a distinct artistic system that enriches our lives and spiritual worlds. Our vision for the Qilin Villa Teahouse is to embody the essence of nature within its spatial confines, transcending the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. As the saying goes, "A single flower embodies an entire world, a single tree represents a fleeting life," we endeavor to create an immersive experience through meticulous arrangements and design, where guests can find themselves not merely in a teahouse but deeply connected to the scenery, achieving a state of unity between sentiment and scenery, a fusion of the material and the self.

A genuine and ethereal ambiance will transport patrons to a sanctuary beyond the mundane, offering not just a physical retreat but also a profound sense of cultural recognition and emotional fulfillment. Here, individuals are invited to return to their authentic selves, basking in the tranquility of emptiness and embracing the realm of the ethereal. This fusion of humanity and nature embodies the ideal of 'tian ren he yi' (harmony between heaven and man), allowing one to escape the hustle and bustle of the outside world, pursuing a serene state of non-action and tranquility that echoes the philosophy of "knowing one's true heart and recognizing one's inherent nature."

Within this harmonious setting, simplicity and sophistication intertwine as we harness humble materials and orchestrate them with artful precision, crafting a space that is both minimalist and profoundly evocative. Each grain of sand, pebble, and stone contributes to a Zen-like atmosphere, demonstrating that true elegance stems from the marriage of simplicity and profound intention.
